30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for your money back, with no questions asked. This is on top of, and longer than, the cancellation rights that consumer law gives you for online purchases.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at creativostudioshb@gmail.com from the address you used to buy. We process refunds within 5 working days.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show depends on your bank, and is usually a few days after the refund is approved.

If something doesn't work

If a file won't open, arrives damaged or isn't what you bought, email us at creativostudioshb@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. We reply within 48 working hours.
